Welcome to COLTS II

COLTS II is the Cornell online time collection system for employees. Using COLTS II, you can electronically submit your work hours, your leave hours, and your signature approval to the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system.
Before using COLTS II for the first time, all four of the following items must be complete:
  1. Your name must be entered into the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system as an employee -- if this has not been done, contact your Payroll Representative.
  2. You must have a valid Network ID and password -- if this has not been done, contact your supervisor and the CIT help desk.
  3. The relationship with your supervisor and payroll representative must be set up in the system, to allow signatures to be added electronically -- if this has not been done, contact your Payroll Representative.
  4. You will also need Bear Access (1998 Version):
  • to ensure that you are the only person accessing your records based on your Network ID and password. 
  • so that Bear Access can notify you if a new version of COLTS II is released and can automatically download it for you.
