Online Help
Find the question mark at the top right hand corner of every window. Click on the question mark to access Online Help. The Help Window lets you find out what the various tabs, buttons, and fields are for; get definitions of COLTS II terminology; and view a list of "How Do I..." steps to accomplish the basic tasks in COLTS II.
