As you can see, COLTS II provides a single point for data entry. It handles much of the calculations of hours and tenths of hours for you. And it eliminates the need to pass paper from office to office and for several people to copy numbers from a timecard to another form. In addition, it gives employees and supervisors access to current and historic data, including leave balances.
