This Web site is designed to introduce you to COLTS II, provide a Guided Tour of time entry methods, and to allow you to access the associated online help.

A step by step tour for employees of entering, approving, and correcting time collection. There are individual sections for entering time through in/out, standard and non-standard methods.

This section provides quick access to details for logging in to COLTS II and performing basics tasks. An explanation of the COLTS II screens, error messages, and a glossary are also available. When you are in the COLTS II application and click on the pink question mark, this section will appear in a separate window.

All the COLTS II training materials and help sheets are contained here. Acrobat Reader is required to download the materials (instructions are included) which you can then print locally.
